Featured Classes

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga will help you develop balance, strength and flexibility without feeling overwhelmed or confused.

In this class we will take our time to get into postures focusing on the basics. Yoga postures and breathing exercises are combined to strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. No yoga experience is required.

Mindful Yoga

This class is based on Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on the health of the mind. The class will have a focus more on the mental state and being utilizing the poses (asanas) to create an environment where the body will be more willing to release tensions and work towards a healthier body and mind.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. Often called flow yoga, Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures.


TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.

Pilates for rehab

Gain strength and improved function through Pilates based exercises focusing on the core and strengthening from the inside out. Concentration on deep supportive muscles will become the focus as we move into more functional exercises.

Foam Roll & Stretch

Create increased mobility, flexibility, and decrease pain through the use of foam rolling and various stretch techniques.
