This class is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and ballet. Barre classes incorporate specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. This pattern of exercise helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and posture.
This class is based on the teachings of Patanjali, who put yoga together as a system, to create health and well-being in every individual. The class is focused on concentration and awareness through the poses to achieve a healthy mind and body.
Come join us for a half-hour focus on strengthening your core. Core strength is fundamental in preventing injuries, moving through life with ease, and maintaining proper posture and alignment. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Pilates for Rehab
Gain strength and improved function through Pilates-based exercises focusing on the core and strengthening from the inside out. Concentration on deep supportive muscles will become the focus as we move into more functional exercises.
Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. This particular class will focus on 18 forms in a half hour format.
Tai Chi for Adults
The main premise is to allow the smooth flow of energy (Qi) throughout the body. You will feel a release of stagnant energy. Your body will benefit from increased energy and more flow.
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
A half hour class based on utilizing the TRX suspension trainer to help increase the ability to stretch and develop greater flexibility.
