    This was my first experience with osteopathic treatment. Mateusz is very professional, he listens and explains patiently and clearly the treatment plan and the expectations. Mateusz was able to treat my back pain that I had for months and I have improved drastically after each session. I highly recommend Mateusz and Synergistix.

    I had tried various treatments for persistent neck, back and shoulder pain and felt that osteopathy was something that finally worked to help me long term. Mateusz was very patient in explaining the treatments and helping me to understand what was happening throughout treatments. I would highly recommend him and this clinic.

    My very first visit to Osteopath Joe Peternel was great. I knew I needed to get treatment but I was surprised at how badly I needed that visit. That was in April. Once the treatment was over I felt great after a few days. Joe took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me exercises to ensure I was going to benefit from the treatment in the long term.Needless to say I returned for more treatment and this time around it was even BETTER. So knowledgeable and treatments are effective.I will keep him in my back pocket because the treatments are very helpful.Thank you Joe.

    Just to update my review: I’ve now tried spinal flow and wow, I can’t believe the difference. Previously I was living pain free thanks to Mindy’s wonderful knowledge of osteopathy but spinal flow has given me a new sense of calm and a level of energy I haven’t had I years. Truly amazed and thankful.The staff is knowledgeable and have truly made a difference in my physical health. It took me ages to convince a friend to go and see Mindy and he is so glad he finally did. I can’t be happier I found her because I lived in pain and now I don’t.

    Dr Colleen is a great chiropractor, I have been with her for almost 2 years now, and she has helped me gain mobility in very tight areas with periodic adjustments. She is very knowledgeable, and is focussed on the holistic health of the physical body, as opposed to just the treatments in our appointment.I’ve also had a few stretch therapy sessions with Glen and can honestly say that I’ve never been able to achieve the level of stretching with him on my own. Glen is VERY knowledgeable about the muscular system and has educated me on how to improve on my own.
