Meet your practitioner Mateusz: he graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy after finishing his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology.
His goal is to promote overall well-being and optimal body function by readjusting the body to normal in order to self-heal and self-regulate. The approach is manipulation of the mechanics of the body to locate the root cause of the body’s problem. This will improve the motion of joints and body structures (fascia, muscle, ligaments, and bones) that will alleviate pain, free the nerves, arteries, veins, and lymphatics systems of restrictions caused by these body structures.

|Dr. Colleen Prendergast – Chiropractic Doctor
Dr. Colleen Prendergast is a licensed chiropractor, practicing since 2007. She started out her career with her own private practice in Paris, France where she studied chiropractic at IFEC (Institut Franco Européen de Chiropratique) and is bilingual in French and English.
Dr. Prendergast earned a full track & field scholarship from the University of Iowa (USA) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. She had the honour of representing Canada at the 1995 Junior Pan American championships in Santiago, Chili. Her intensive background in sports compelled her to become a certified sports chiropractor in 2011, which allowed her to work with the semi-pro basketball team in Sceaux, France and numerous other elite athletes.
She is also certified in Canada as a Concussion Management Specialist with CCMI, thus allowing her to diagnose, manage and educate on Concussions.
In addition to her practice, Dr. Prendergast became a certified Kinesio Taping Instructor, travelling throughout France to provide instruction to health care professionals on the usage of the revolutionary tape for 5 years.
Since September 2020 Dr. Prendergast has become a columnist for CBC Radio Canada. During the daily news show “ L’heure de Pointe” she conducts a chronicle called “Vie Active” where she discusses different health topics in french.
As health and wellness is so important to Dr. Prendergast, she has now embarked on a new adventure an will soon be certified as a Holistic Nutritionist after attending IHN (Institute of Holistic Nutrition), thus allowing her to add another arsenal to her tool box of helping others achieve optimal health and well-being.

Naisba received a bachelor’s degree with honors in physiotherapy from Al-Ahfad University in Sudan in 2015. She has extensive experience working with different populations including adults, pediatric and geriatric patients with musculoskeletal, neurological conditions, and sports injuries.
Nasiba believes in using a holistic approach to healing in her clinical practice, she provides acupuncture therapy, dry cupping therapy, sports massage, and myofascial release techniques.
Along with her physiotherapy education, Nasiba is also a certified yoga teacher with 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Training), she provides one-on-one yoga and meditation classes and combines physiotherapy and yoga wisdom in designing rehabilitation programs. Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist and has been practicing for 5 years. She graduated from Oxford College in July 2017 and she also graduated as a Physiotherapist Assistant in 2010.
She has worked in multidisciplinary clinics for the past 8 years and gained experience in rehabilitation treatment for pre/post surgical clients, sports related injuries, overuse injuries and as well teaching clients stretches and exercises to help improve their activities for day-to-day living.
She has taken the opportunity to start her own massage business called “Delgado’s Massage Therapy”, based out of Oakville and Brampton area. In her spare time she continues to live an active lifestyle and enjoys dancing and working out at the gym. She also enjoys learning new skills that will add value to her career. She is now also certified in cupping therapy and pregnancy massages and she continues to grow and learn more everyday.
As an RMT, Jessica specializes in deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, rehabilitation exercises and stretches, and from time-to-time relaxation massages. |Glen Burgess – Registered Massage Therapist
Glen has been in the fitness industry with over 15 years experience, ranging from Personal Training, Group Training, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Fitness Education. Glen’s original Plan was musical theatre, film and television career, but a back injury changed that path and he wanted to learn more about overcoming his own injury and in turn, how he could help others. Fitness is his second love, and in treating his own injuries that led him to Fascial Stretch Therapy. He loves all things movement based; dance, sports, and fitness.
In the past, Glen has completed 2 marathons, 3 half-marathons, the Disney Run (Dopey Challenge), 2 sprint triathlons and 1 Olympic distance triathlon. Injuries may slow him down, but not stop him from some of the things he loves to do. Since finishing RMT school, Glen’s looks forward to resuming his triathlon and functional fitness training. In terms of RMT and Treatment plans, I love the combination of joint traction, joint mobilizations and working with connective tissue in the body. That is the bulk of what Stretch Therapy is. Avdeep Bahra is a Somatic Experiencing® (SE) Practitioner in Training,
|Avdeep is a Somatic Experiencing® (SE) Practitioner in Training, Certified NLP Practitioner and HeartMath Coach. She is currently completing a Tao of Trauma training based in 5 Element Chinese Medicine and a Peri/Prenatal Trauma training.
Avdeep helps clients re-negotiate developmental and relational traumas including childhood sexual abuse. She supports clients that have adult-onset chronic health conditions, which are often rooted in early life trauma(s).
Avdeep believes in the mind-body-spirit connection. She understands that chronic stress and trauma affect our health, and that our body has an innate capacity to heal when given the right support.
