After a very long wait, I’m sure you are all jumping for joy (or at least you will be once you have treatment…) at the news of our ability to open up our Osteopathic services. Although we would love to see all of you as soon as we can, we are working on limited hours and resources. All of our appointments are being extended to 45 minutes in length in order for us to serve you better. Our charges for this session will be $85.00. At this time we will not be offering online booking as we will be seeing patients with urgent needs first. Therefore, you will need to contact your practitioner directly to book an appointment. You can contact your practitioner as of June 24th (either by phone, text or email) to book an appointment.
In order to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff, we are reserving 15 minutes of time in between appointments to disinfect all surfaces that may be touched during a session. We ask that you remain in your car or outside until you are called in for your appointment. We have a QR code at the front door that you can scan which will let your practitioner know that you have arrived. You will also be asked to fill out an online questionnaire before coming in to your appointment which is sent to you 2 hours prior to your appointment. Upon entering the clinic, we ask that you use the hand sanitizer at the front table and then proceed to sign in and answer the pre-screening questions once again for our records. You may then proceed to your practitioner’s room. We will require everyone to wear a mask for the duration of your session. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one. We do also ask that you wear appropriate clothing during your session to minimize skin contact, such as shirts with sleeves, longer shorts or pants and socks…no sleeveless tops, no shorts above mid-thigh and no bare feet.
Please be assured that we are taking all necessary precautions and due diligence to keep the environment safe for you and our staff. We look forward to seeing you at the clinic!
