Chakra Balancing Yoga:
Learn about your chakras and how each one can be balanced through various poses. Each chakra in your body needs to be in balance for us to be healthy and well. With our busy lifestyles and increased stress levels, these energies can be overworking or underworking. We will use various techniques and methods to help release through each of our chakras on a weekly basis.
Open to all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi. Work through asanas (poses) with ease through various options and modifications. Learn how to move freely within your boundaries and experience the true benefits of yoga practice.
Pilates for Rehab:
If you are looking to gain increase core strength and improved mobility, join us to learn how to strengthen your body from the inside out. The exercises will be based on the mat with varying options. See how you can increase your strength, posture and prevent any future injuries.
“Grand Ultimate Fist” is a Chinese art for self defense. Conceived as a series of soft, slow sequences of movements designed to Taught by cultivate and direct the internal energy that circulates inside the practitioner. The study of working on intrinsic energy and the energy of the universe. The practice of Qi Gong, one is able to balance and strengthen qi circulation, slow down degeneration of the body gaining not only health but a longer, happier life.
Tai Chi for Kids:
This class is designed for children from the age of 5-13. Wudang Five Animals Qigong is a movement program designed for kids. Taught by Ideal for children, it blends the wisdom, principles, and benefits of Tai Chi with ancient Kung Fu exercises. Now kids can experience the numerous health, learning, and social benefits of kung fu; utilizing fun, challenging and engaging exercises.
Tai Chi for Adults:
This exercise and its philosophy were used extensively by the comprehensive system of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Taught by The main premise was to allow the smooth flow of energy (Qi) throughout the body. You will feel a release of stagnant energy. Your body will benefit from increased energy and more flow.
Come and learn various ways to meditate through movement. We will enjoy our walking meditation in local parks and open space. The class will be 45 min long and all are welcome. This class will be held by donation with proceeds going to various local charities.
