Berry Smoothie Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 banana 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 3-4 ice cubes (optional)

Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high. Put into a glass and Enjoy!

Note: Alternatively you can use plain coconut milk or soy milk if you desire!
