Mindy has an extensive background in manual manipulation of the body. Her studies include Kinesiology, Athletic Therapy, Acupuncture and Classical Osteopathy.
Having a detailed understanding in Anatomy and Physiology, Mindy can effectively apply the principles of Classical Osteopathy to treat any physical and physiological functions. This can range from low back pain/sciatica, digestive disorders, migraines, asthma, etc.
Mindy’s passion has always been to work with an individual as a whole. This is accomplished by finding the areas of the body that are contributing to chronic pain and/or disease. With the principles, foundations, and techniques that Mindy has studied, she can help to re-balance and realign the body so that it can work with optimal function. She is a graduate of York University, College of International Holistic Studies (CIHS), Ontario College of Health and Technology, and the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.

|Joe Peternel – Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Joe is currently a student at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. He is passionate about educating patients on their bodies; how they function as an individual, and what it means when this function is lost. Through the use of anatomy, physiology, and the body’s self-healing mechanisms, many musculoskeletal and physiological problems can be treated successfully.
Joe previously graduated with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics Honours Degree from the University of Windsor, with a concentration in Movement Science. He is an avid runner who enjoys the occasional 100 mile Ultramarathon and believes that individualized exercise and nutrition are key factors in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

|Kayla Di Venosa – Student Manual Therapist
Kayla is a classically trained Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She studied at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. Kayla completed the 1 year Pre-Osteopathy program and the 4 year M.OMSc (Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences) program. The required clinical practice and understanding of anatomy, physiology, and Osteopathic theory, has prepared her to take on difficult cases in regards to lost health.
Kayla is passionate about health care and holistic approaches. She is dedicated to finding physical restrictions and alleviating them by gently restoring motion, so that the physical, emotional, and mental state of the body can work at its optimum.
Kayla is a singer, loves Disney, and has a travel bug. She admires nature and how the human machine is derived from it.
